Amit is a 2006 Law graduate from Campus Law Center, Delhi University. The lead counsel for the firm’s commercial transactions and commercial litigation matters on the appellate side with a focus on the Supreme Court and High Court and has extensive experience in advising clients with respect to commercial transactions relating to key sectors of infrastructure, banking, telecommunications and information technology including negotiating with regulatory authorities (RERA RBI and TRAI).
